- 1.25 oz brandy
- 1 oz cold brew
- 1 bar spoon dry curaçao
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 dash black walnut bitters
- 2 bar spoons Campari
- Optional - dry sparkling white wine
- lemon peel
Garnish
Brûlée raw sugar on half a lemon wheelInstructions
- In a mixing glass combine the brandy, cold brew, dry curaçao, and bitters
- Stir with ice and strain into a Nick & Nora glass
- Sink the Campari to the bottom of the glass
- Express the oil of 1 lemon peel over the top
- Optional - top with dry sparkling white wine
- Garnish with brûlée raw sugar on half a lemon wheel
